No, unless you're travelling, you don’t have to pay for a consultation for health vaccinations. If you’re only travelling to study in North America or going on the Hajj or Umrah Pilgrimage, you won’t have to pay for a consultation fee either.
You may be charged a consultation fee in the following circumstances:
-
If you have a vaccination form that requires completion
-
If you have a complex medical condition then this will take more time and a fee may be charged
If you're not sure please ask us for details.

This will depend on the vaccination you receive and the number of doses. We've summarised all the prices in our price list.
The number of doses of each health vaccination and prices are also detailed in the individual disease pages, just search for the disease you're looking for.
Although they’re similar, they're not strictly the same. Vaccination is when you have an injection or a jab to protect you from an infectious disease. Immunisation is the process of getting the vaccination and also becoming immune to the disease. However, in everyday usage, to keep things simple, we use both terms to describe you having a vaccination.
Most vaccines can be given together but there are some exceptions. Some live vaccines need to be given four weeks apart, whereas others need to be given separately in one arm. Depending on which vaccine you'd like to have, we'll talk you through the process.
Many health vaccinations can be given in pregnancy, however, the benefits should always outweigh the risks. For example, the whooping cough vaccine is routinely given as a booster during pregnancy in the UK.
